All face to face training begins with a FREE consultation where we will talk through your goals and current lifestyle, and start to make a plan on how we can work together to help you achieve your goals. We will then head onto the gym floor where to have a 30 minute PT session so you can see the benefits of coaching, and I can make assessments on how well you move through certain exercises.
By signing up to either 1-to-1 Coaching or Small Group Training Sessions, you will receive all the benefits mentioned previously in the "How I Can Help You" section.
I began professionally coaching members of Pure Gym Brierley Hill as a Personal Trainer in February 2015 and have been helping a wide range of people achieve their health and fitness goals.
I started exercising within a gym environment when I was around 13 years old. From the age of 16 I was writing my own training programmes and following them. to help increase my muscle size and strength.
I then followed a very sporting-based education, leading to graduating from the University of Worcester with a Sports Coaching Science BSc, where I gained a valuable insight into how the body reacts to certain training principles, how the mechanics of the body react to certain ranges of movement and how that benefits an individual.
Since beginning my Personal Training career, I have helped hundreds of people work towards their goal, both at Pure Gym, and at Blitz BC, a ladies only bootcamp centre based in Kidderminster.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time Personal Training clients, and running bootcamp sessions, and I look forward to many more years of success from my team!
I understand that adopting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle, without sacrificing your social lives. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. Consistency is key, so my aim is to help you develop long lasting habits that will improve your health & fitness, without forcing your life to revolve around the gym.
Leanne's goal is to gain strength while dropping bodyfat, which she has been achieving since starting coaching.
